My main experience is about IT project management. I more interest to improve management skills in my companies and in my environment. I especially focus how improve human success and happiness and in parallel company's improvement. In this context, I try to integrate technology into human needs to find better way for companies. Technology is giving us millions of tools and I just try to adapt those tools into human behaviors and needs. I just focus that to be a part of management and all of company. I want to be in everywhere as much as possible and want to be in contact with whole people in company. The most important point for me, to be successful with value added results at the end of day. With this way, I managed many ERP and different application and IT infrastructure projects. I managed, analyzed, developed, implemented and trained. Most of them were successful and of course I saw unsuccessful result in few times. I have good and enough experience about project management in IT and global projects and I always feel ready myself to get responsibility to promote new projects.
