CME Coordination, Conference & Seminar Planning: Consulted with and assisted medical school faculty from all disciplines in planning CME symposia, workshops, conferences, courses, and self-directed learning materials. Developed marketing strategies, learner objectives, evaluation and needs assessment processes with course directors and medical school faculty. Worked closely with convention services mangers (CSMs) and hoteliers to coordinate the logistics and site planning for medical conferences, symposia, exhibits and workshops, to include site & facility selection, food & beverage, audio visual services, meeting room set-up, special events, etc. for medical conferences, symposia, exhibits and workshops.

a'Kihoro SPIRITUAL CREATIONS is a writing ministry developed by Sharon Moore Stenhouse (aka) a'Kihoro. The mission focuses on community, faith-based organizations, and individuals seeking quality service to enhance their image through publication and design services. As a publisher, a'Kihoro SPIRITUAL CREATIONS looks to assist first-time authors and organizations through a creative writing workshop in publishing their work.

Served as The Friends webmaster: Developed and designed and hosted the previous website for The Friends. As the volunteer Program Committee Chair and Artscape coordinator: Coordinated events, prepared marketing materials for various programs and events, re-designed and printed The Friends newsletter, speaker at various events held by requesting organizations on the history of Benjamin Banneker: His Life & Times, coordinated The Friend's exhibit boot at Baltimore City's Annual Artscape festival 2003-2005.
