Responsible from the preparation and declaration of the tax returns of the company, by tracking the regulation changes, ensured the tax compliance of the company. - Managed public tax audit process conducted by tax authorities as authorized signatory of Carrefour Group. - Prepared many petitions to initiate law suit against fiscal administration regarding various tax cases. - Attended many projects in company and assisted parties in tax and fiscal legislation related issues including standardization of the supplier/procurement agreements, determining the exact VAT rates of goods sold, process of acquiring another retail sector company’s shares and merger operations.

* On request of fiscal administration, conducted public tax audit of several firms operating in various industries in Turkey. * Attended stocktaking of tax payers relating to public tax audits and in collaboration with prosecution authorities attended fiscal operations conducted. * Attended in-house trainings provided by Ministry of Finance in the areas of Turkish taxation and accounting system.
