Experience in development, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability improvement. Skilled at leading cross-functional teams, implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize machine uptime and productivity. Strong background in budget control, resource optimization, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Demonstrates excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to ensure smooth plant operations and long-term equipment sustainability. Experience in multi cavity, insert moulding, precision moulds and hot runner moulds. Ability to handle conventional machines and also have basic working knowledge in non-conventional machines. Knowledge in Tool Design and Project Management• Audit Handling (ISO, IATF, VDA, SQ Mark and MACE) • Team leadership, training & performance management • Manufacturing, assembly and Maintenance of Injection moulds. • Knowledgeable skill in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings. • Knowledge in all documentation work related to tool room • Good knowledge in Mould maintenance & correction, ECN activities and trial activities. • Knowledge of CNC EDM machines. • Ability to undertake inspection activities. • Vendor coordination & spare parts management • Cost reduction & efficiency improvement
