I.T. Staffing has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced talent sourcing specialist to join our team. We are centrally located in the Westchase area. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen and submit candidates for our client requisitions. These positions will include (but not limited to): -Information Technology. -You will be involved in full cycle recruiting and responsibilities will include: -Developing and posting a clear job description on various job boards -Advertising the opening on social media -Screening candidates and preparing the hiring manager to interview them -Presenting an offer to finalists and negotiating its details with them -Completing the onboarding paperwork including background checks and drug tests Three to 5 years of prior recruiting experience in a fast paced environment is a must. Stable long-term employment history is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred. Compensation will include a Base Salary, Commission and Bonuses.
