My work spans full DFT flow implementation, addressing both block-level and full-chip test requirements to achieve high fault coverage and manufacturability. Proficient in industry-standard EDA tools, including Tessent, TestKompress, SpyGlass, VCS, Verdi, and Cadence tools, with practical experience applying them across multiple projects.
