Procurement Process: To manage purchasing to obtain the most advantageous combination of price, quality, delivery. To ensure possible savings through negotiation, alternate vendor development, indigenization of spares and establishment of Annual Rate Contracts.To carry out day to day activities for offer collection as per requirement, evaluation of offers techno commercially, preparation of comparative statements, negotiations with the approved vendors and finalise the orders in coordination with the tender committee. Preparation of management approval note by compiling evaluation report & comments by various concerned users etc. with committee recommendations. To ensure adherence of procurement activities with the corporate guidelines and policies. Alternate Sourcing: Alternate vendor development for OEM items in coordination with users by providing samples or by organizing supplier visits.

I am holding responsibility of running unit safely, efficiently, handling various emergencies and restoration of process and equipment. # Issuing & cancellation of PTW, ensuring safe isolation, LOTO, personnel safety and equipment safety; giving instruction to field operators for safe operations. # Monitoring process parameters and auto logics, equipment changeover and trials, ensuring availability of equipment, maintaining logs of shift activities and process parameters and taking field status of BTG & BOP, ensuring healthiness of plant. # Conducting Boiler Hydro Test, Air Tightness Test, Condenser Flood test and helium leak detection, and Various Performance Tests #Raising defect/damage notification in field roundups of BTG area through SAP

Operations Responsibilities: • Inspections, Supervision, DCS Operating, Clearance & Permissive for Startup & Shutdown and Safe Operation Activities of Unit (BTG) and Its Auxiliaries, Change Over & Trial Of Equipment’s, and Equipment’s Health Monitoring also. • Cold Start Up, Hot Start up, Normal Unit Operation, Emergency Handling and Safe Shut Down of Units. • Monitor plant operations and handle emergencies including shut down of units and load throw off to control generation as per Requirement / Shift In-charge Instruction. • Co-ordinate With Maintenance Dept. For Day to Day Operation And During The Preparation For Equipment Hand-Over And Normalization. • Suitable Corrective Actions for Operating the Plant at Its Optimum Performance as per Load and Monitor the loading of Equipment’s. • Collect the Plant Performance Parameters On Daily Shift Basis and Record Into Log Book. • Instruction to Field operators for Local Line up, Clearance for startup & shutdown and safe operation of Unit. • Monitor the loading of machine and maintain load schedule as per requirement. • Issue and Cancellation PTW (Permit To Work) System By SAP and Manual Permits also And Raising Defects / Faults In SAP With Safe Isolation, Normalize, Personnel Safety and Equipment Safety. • Following SOPs and Operations Manual for safe operation.
