Duties Administration – daily duties, correct shipping, checking and documentation process. Leading – Making the right decisions when incidents happens which is not as per procedure Communication – Keeping everyone informed as to what is happening i.e. delay in loading, speaking to the forklift drivers etc Team work – Encouraging teamwork amongst all the guys on the team, assisting supervisor by taking over responsibility to complete task which he normally did Responsible for all incoming finish product from Factory to Warehouse department. Checking quantity, pallet type and stacking. Running reports daily of goods receipted into the Warehouse and scan in bays. Monthly stock taking. Keeping work area clean and safe.
