• Optimization and research by creating software in the ratio of time and temperature for the structure of food cells during shock freezing • Developed a Python program which calculates the average pixel value within a selected area of an image. It utilizes OpenCV and NumPy libraries to load images, allows users to select a region of interest interactively, and computes the average pixel value in terms of RGB color channels. This tool finds applications in image processing, computer vision, and digital photography. • Applied computational methods to analyze structural changes in biological tissues during cryopreservation, contributing to 2 peer-reviewed scientific publications (Agronomy Research, Engineering for Rural Development).

Developed a Bachelor’s thesis and Mechanical Engineering Project on ultrasonic monitoring of shock freezing in lean and fatty meat samples. Utilized advanced ultrasonic measurement techniques to study how freezing rates and temperature changes affect meat quality. Findings contribute to optimizing industrial freezing processes and improving meat preservation.

Participated in an intensive BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) Erasmus+ Biotechnology training program in Cartagena, Spain, focusing on advanced 3D modeling and virtual reality applications in medical technology. Developed expertise in 3D prosthesis modeling and implementation using Meta Quest 2 VR headsets for immersive design visualization. Gained hands-on experience with 3D scanning technologies and individual subject scanning protocols using Unreal Engine 5 and professional 3D modeling tools. The program provided comprehensive exposure to biotechnology applications, nanotechnology principles, and cutting-edge VR/3D scanning methodologies.
