• Designed and developed electromechanical low voltage switchgears for 5 different customers using Siemens NX, considering functional requirements, cost optimization and compliance with IEC60947. • Planned and coordinated testing activities. Delivered fully functional assemblies in collaboration with manufacturing plants and systems engineering. • Detailed application of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing supported by general production tolerance as per DIN ISO 2768 for metal parts. • Supported the Quality department through systematic root cause analysis using Ishikawa diagrams and 8D reports to resolve technical issues effectively. • Use of DfSS tools such as Pugh matrix, trade-off matrix, Product design scorecard, Design of experiments for successful implementation of new concepts in existing systems.

Sensor technology integration- 1. Detailed analysis of sensor characteristics, system requirements, and integration challenges. 2. Worked extensively on raw data aquisition and processing for detailed analysis.

- Design and development of Industrial Protection and controlling devices (Contactors, Motor protection circuit breakers, Switch disconnectors) - Support various NPI projects and Sustaining engineering activities with creation of Engineering drawings, CAD model and managing the product lifecycle using PLM software - Study and application of IEC, UL standards for design and development of products

Design and fabrication of Remotely Operated Vehicle with the desired path navigation. ROV contained two hydraulically operated Robotic arms (One 6 DOF and one 4 DOF). Major highlights of project: 1. Study of forward and inverse kinematics for exact location of manipulator. Implemented , designed and manufactured the arms for required space constraints. 2. Hydraulic cylinders selection for required static and dynamic loading conditions. 3. All components selection by considering IP-68 rating. 4. Incorporated IMU for exact angles of arm links with respect to the global co-ordinate system. 5. Industrial exposure for various processes and effective project planning and management.

- Participated in Underwater robotics competition organized at National level by IIT Madras. - Successfully built the mechanism to launch torpedo and 6 DOF navigation for easy locomotion under water. - Use of T200 Blue Robotics Thrusters and IP-67 rated enclosures with aluminum frame for creating the equally balanced robot - Use of stereo camera for navigation and implementation of IMU for angle correction under water. - Overall 3rd rank in National competition among 40 institutes from India

- Leading the mechanical team to build a complete robot for a specific task completion. - Brainstorming constantly for new automation ideas and improving the technology day by day. Usage of carbon fibers, ABS material and metal laser-cut parts. - Design of different mechanisms to throw an object (Projectile motion) at various height and range. - Managing the technical and as well as non-technical things in team. - Finalist at National Robocon 2018 (Total 108 teams)

- Design of 2 wheel drive and holonomic drives ( 3 wheel Omni drive and 4 wheel Mecanum drive) - Design of mechanisms using motor drive and pneumatic actuators - CAD support for building 3D model of a robot and manufacturing by using state of the art methods - Participated in National level ROBOCON competition 2017. 2nd place overall among 110 institutes.

Worked on Robotic line with the main focus on reducing the number of defects by analyzing the complete process. Robotic line included the complete functions of manufacturing machines and automation using KUKA robotic arm.
