As a part of the Expansion and infrastructure team for the Everyday project, I have had the opportunity to contribute significantly to the successful launch of 18 kitchens. This phase allowed me to gain hands-on experience in scouting, legal processes, licensing, and adhering to strict timelines in coordination with the operations team. Following this, I was entrusted with the responsibility of managing repair and maintenance for 19 kitchens, which involved addressing and resolving operational challenges from early mornings to late nights. This role enhanced my problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results within tight turnarounds. When the Everyday project concluded, I played a key role in the closure process, managing relationships with landlords and vendors professionally. Subsequently, I was given the exciting opportunity to join the Bistro team, where I was involved in infrastructure planning from the ground up. This gave me valuable exposure to electrical systems, kitchen layouts, and end-to-end project execution. I have successfully completed the infra handover of 13+ kitchens so far, with more in the pipeline.
