Responsible for strategy and delivery of hiring top talent for all the business groups of IBM-India Labs which includes the Software group, the Systems Technology, and the Research Lab I manage hiring for external experienced professionals and interns, campus/off-campus hiring . A few of my key focus/delivery areas include providing thought leadership in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, team/people management, engagement with business leaders, finding innovative solutions to fulfill hiring needs, maintaining and reporting of key recruitment metrics and data.
