Actively supported day-to-day HR operations and talent activities by: 1. Administering 𝐇𝐑𝐌𝐒 (𝐊𝐞𝐤𝐚) and maintaining accurate employee master data 2. Managing attendance, leave balances, and ensuring data integrity. 3. Regularizing attendance and validating leave adjustments within payroll timelines. 4. Assisted in payroll processing by preparing and validating payroll inputs such as 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 to ensure timely and error-free closure. 5. Providing end-to-end recruitment support, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups. 6. Independently managing 𝐨𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 for new joiners, including document collection, HR induction, system entries, and joining formalities 7. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and role transitions 𝟖.
