-Handling on call support for Multi-vendor network including Nokia / Alcatel-Lucent SR Series / Cisco ISR, 800 series ,ASR and NCS/ Huawei CX600s and NE40 / Ciena / Routers, Brocade One-Access. -Provisioning new services and network changes. -Assisting onsite technician for fiber copper, installs, troubleshooting of SFPs, optical signal & jumpering of copper pairs. - Conducting cutovers (IP Migration, routing change) and troubleshooting for services that requires downtime. - Decommissioning and config deletion for cancelled/terminated services. - Assisting contractors/technician onsite to install Fortigate Firewalls (FG60 and FG40) and Cisco Meraki. - Handling SDWAN installs and cutovers. - Creating special config for non-standard configuration e.g. (add VLANS, Port forwarding Rules, NAT, HSRP/VRRP, Dynamic Routing e.g. BGP failover (Primary and Backup).

Administers service jumpering and equipment installation (both fiber and copper access) and performing onsite testing with the attending technician. Ensure network configurations from PE to CE/NTU are accurate and correct. Trains manila new hires on testing and troubleshooting Layer 2 (VLAN, LAN) /Layer 3 (IP) services. Handles customer escalation for provisioned services that never worked. Decommissions Layer 2/3 services. Attends to technician/contractor call and provide testing needs to prove service delivery to the premise. Manages CPE/NTU configurations and installations both on trunk end and tails. Ensure Layer 2 / Layer 3 connectivity between AAPT and customer's network. Analyses delivered service and adjust specifications as needed to meet SLA. Troubleshoot services and all link related difficulties. Manages DSLAM/HAN/LER/Transport/PE configurations. Review service designs and builds to meet required specifications. Perform adding, changing and deleting of copper pairs. Perform CFM testing to prove E-Line and E-LAN services are effectively delivered and are connected to their corresponding linking service/s. Perform RFC testing to prove Carrier Grade Ethernet services are delivered within specifications. Liaising with all concerned department that will contribute to the completion if an issue occurred on or after the project underwent service jumpering. Logs fault to Third Party Carriers (Telstra & NBN) / Providers should the service/s is/are proven to be faulty. Dispatches technicians/contractors as needed as a follow up to an unsuccessful initial installation

Ordering the service tail with our Ordering Team. Creating dashboard on Jira to filter tickets Provisioning of copper and fiber services (GPON and EFM). Organizing the configuration, roll-out of equipment and confirming its arrival. Provide timely updates to the PM so they can inform the customer of the progress and any new developments. Directly liaises with the onsite technician for service jumpering, equipment installation and onsite testing. Troubleshooting of services and all link related difficulties and lodging of faults. Organize and manages service cutovers with the customer. Post provisioning follow-up to ensure the service was delivered to the customer’s satisfaction.

* Handled technical evaluation and type approval of new devices to ensure conformity with set standards which includes CPE devices (optical network unit, adsl modem, access points etc.), outside plant equipment (fiber optic splitters, cables etc.), inside plant equipment (optical distribution frame, patch cords etc.) and tools and test equipment (OTDR, power meter etc.). * Knowledgeable with PLDT’s Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Project and Implementation. * Created installation manual and fiber to the home guidelines to serve as a guide for PLDT Plant Personnel including ONU router mode configuration guide, FTTH(fiber-to-the-home) guidelines, home networking solutions (MOCA,LAN & Wireless) and ODN construction manual. * Handled acceptance testing of purchased products which includes insertion loss testing of fiber optic splitters, patch cords & optical distribution frame and continuity testing of fiber optic cables. * Familiar with PLDT’s SIP Trunk. Based on a test protocol, ensure that the IPPBX can interoperate successfully with PLDTs’ network via SIP Trunk
