My career journey includes key leadership roles such as Director Sales &marketing at Shirdi Industries Ltd. and DGM – Prelam at Century Plyboards (India) Ltd., where I honed deep expertise in national sales management, marketing strategy, business planning, and key account development. I’ve consistently led large-scale operations and launched successful go-to-market campaigns across the country. I’m passionate about market research, negotiation, and commercial marketing, with a strong belief in data-driven decisions and customer-centric solutions. My focus lies in building high-performance teams, expanding market footprints, and nurturing long-term partnerships that align with brand vision and industry trends. Rooted in Kamakhyanagar, Dhenkanal (Odisha), my professional journey began after completing my HSC exam in 1979, and has been shaped by continuous learning, resilience, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
