Develop a comprehensive HSE Activity Master Plan tailored to the specific scope of each property or project. Collaborate with top management to schedule and conduct Project Health, Safety & Environmental Audits and FLS Compliance audits for assets and property management. Organize special HSE initiatives, health checkups, blood donation campaigns, and health-oriented programs as needed. Provide guidance and support to the Project Construction Management team in creating and managing the project's Construction Environment Management Plan, Security Plan, Traffic Management Plan, and Logistic Plan. Ensure compliance with ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 standards through procedures and audits. Deliver HSE training to the top management team to promote HSE awareness throughout the project duration. Coordinate and conduct HSE procedures, FLS standards, and inspections with clients and contractors regularly. Lead and oversee the HSE teams of properties/projects and subcontractors. Plan and prepare all HSE requirements according to international/local standards from the tendering stage. Participate in Project HSE Audits, Inspections, and site visits with clients, engineers, and senior management. Engage in pre-start HSE review meetings with vendors, consultants, and contractors' management to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.

Prepared HSE flashes related to poor quality standards and for serious accidents/incidents of low, medium, and high potential and communicated the same effectively to all concerned team and personnel. Organized advanced height work quality and safety strategy and technically supported execution team to introduce latest quality/safety methods and gears / equipment for activities / operations at height, Fire and all critical risk activities at workplace. Develop plans for environmental sustainability in the workplace and implementation throughout properties/project. Prepared emergency exercises and carried out evacuation trainings, conducted drills. Established fire prevention techniques, trained fire fighters and fire warden. Prepare SOP/safety procedures for all activities inside building/plant/site and organize required permits to work system. Coordinate and sustain thorough HSE procedures implementation process at work areas. Develop schedule and participate with site team for Internal FLS Inspections and QHSE Audits and properties/asset visits. Review of contractor’s HSE plan/procedures and risk assessments for all critical activities for new developments. Coordinate and sustain Project Logistic Plan and Traffic Management Plan is efficiently implemented.

Project : T2 Dubai International Airport Develop KPIs/Objectives and Targets for each project as per management requirements. Develop and Coordinate the implementation HSE Management plans and procedures. Develop schedule and participate with Management team for Project Health and Safety Audits and visits. Manage the activities of all contractors’ HSE Manager and Engineers for each project. Develop and Co-ordinate the preparation of Emergency Response Plans and procedures. Coordinate and participate in drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of Emergency Response Plans. Conduct or participate in all major accident and incident investigations where applicable. Review all qualification of all parties/consultants/contractors at tender invitation stage. Promote a culture in which QHSE is the prime concern and shall never be compromised. Promote the involvement of all employees in improving QHSE. Report to Top Management on all matters relating to QHSE promptly.
