(300+ employees) My Responsibilities: - Established new business by effectively selling company services (inside and outside sales) - Main point of contact for 35+ accounts - Quoted and negotiated final cost of services with customers and trucking companies - Coordinated with shippers, receivers, and trucking companies to ensure product was picked up and delivered on time - Assisted with billing, claim, and insurance inquiries - Responsible for creating, obtaining, and/or providing BOLs, PODs, and Customs Documents - Updated customers on project status frequently to ensure highest level of overall satisfaction
