I build AI-powered infrastructure for critical markets where manual coordination doesn't scale. My work sits at the intersection of strategy consulting (technology design, systems architecture, AI implementation, cross-cultural project management) and advertising/marketing (multi-stakeholder orchestration, campaign coordination, marketing automation). This combination has become my methodology: designing infrastructure, systems, and AI-driven scale for critical markets stuck in manual chaos. As Founder of Xark Technologies, I'm developing GaN RF semiconductor components for defense and space and satcom applications -programs across these sectors drive India’s journey towards critical tech sovereignty. The challenge isn't just technical: it's coordinating across an ecosystem of multiple suppliers, foundries, scientists, academia, integrators, test facilities, and end-users across fragmented workflows. We're building the systematic infrastructure and AI-assisted coordination that turns manual operations into systematic, predictable processes. I apply the same AI-first thinking to the creator economy. Brands now spend billions on creator marketing—171% budget growth in 2025 alone—but lack systematic intelligence and AI-driven coordination infrastructure. My AI-CMOS (AI Creator-Led Media Operating System) framework addresses this: a 5-layer AI-powered system (Intelligence, Orchestration, Execution, Observability, Knowledge) for agencies and brands managing multi-entity creator portfolios. It uses AI for predictive analytics, automated coordination, real-time attribution, and continuous learning. Same problem as defense tech—different domain, same need for AI-driven operating systems instead of spreadsheets and intuition. Before Xark: President of Dentsu Creative India (Cannes Lions Agency of the Year 2022), served on the CMO Growth Council at Cannes Lions, and spent a decade in strategy consulting at Accenture (London, Melbourne) and PwC (London) leading technology transformation, AI implementation, and cross-functional projects across sectors and geographies. Xark Technologies is a deep‑tech startup specialising in advanced RFIC and MMIC products, focused on GaN‑based RF semiconductor chips and systems for strategic sectors, automotive, IoT and SATCOM.
