• Responsible for creation and integration of the project planning solution for the project team and client • Owning the solution blueprint and project roadmap with end to end solution • Integrating and de-duplicating the inputs from other Solution Designers and SMEs • Responsible for estimating and shaping the entire project plan • Working closely with Subject Matter Experts and Leadership levels for approvals and sign-offs of the project plans • Significant client and leadership interaction • Deciding and defining the project schedule • Defining the resource pyramid and creating Staffing plans • Identifying the risks and creating the mitigation plans • Conceptual decision making on estimations, costing and pricing

• Support the sales team in the Pre-Sales phase (initiation phase) to ensure the right technical specifications are sold to customer. • Identify all the relevant stakeholders and understand their expectations • Define the scope of the project based on stakeholders expectations • Define the project path to meet the objectives of the project • Organize and leads the kick off meeting at the starting of the planning / execution phase of the project. • Plan and monitor the project progress so that performance measurement baselines are not skipped. • Arrange and lead the meeting with internal and external stakeholders. • Provide project progress reports to management and attend the debriefing sessions • Mitigate the risk to ensure on time work package closures without any subsequent deliveries. • Create fallback plans for any unexpected risk occurrence. • Ensure constant flow of communication (sideward, upward and downward). Cascade the right information in right time to right person in right medium. • Regular update of the project status on cockpit. • Monitor and forecast the cost and schedule parameters to ensure no overruns. • Analyze the quality control through Route Cause Analysis and control charts.
