Sustainext is a unique SaaS based ESG Platform with integrated consulting support that helps organizations Collect, Analyse, Report, Optimize and Track their Sustainability Journey. - Managing and leading a team of over 40+ people to provide a solution which helps organizations achieve their sustainability goals. - Overseeing Marketing, Sales, Product Design and Development, and Software Engineering. - Conducting multiple internal certification practices – ISO, SOC2, BCorp, etc. - Managing implementation of partnerships with leading ESG framework providers – GRESB, GRI, IFRS, etc. - Developing tools and products to help organizations with the GHG Accounting and Reporting, ESG Reporting, and Sustainability Analytics. - Leveraging AI and Machine Learning to deliver the cutting-edge blend of Technology and Sustainability. - Training clients through workshops on Sustainability knowledge and dissemination of knowledge for future-readiness. - Leading a team of consultants to deliver the best experience for clients. - Managing Consulting operations and providing expertise for all ESG related matters: ESG Policy & Frameworks, GHG Accounting, Target-Setting, Net-Zero Strategies, Decarbonization strategies, Materiality Assessments, ESG Risk Assessments, Climate Risk Assessments, Life-Cycle Assessments, Supplier Assessments, Conducting Board-Level ESG Trainings, ESG Reporting (GRI, SASB, CDP, Ecovadis etc.), Score improvements, etc.

Working with international GHG accounting and ESG reporting frameworks such as: - GHG Protocol and ISO 14064 - GRI, SBTi, CDP and TCFD - Climate Change Risk Assessment - Carbon Neutral Events - Environmental and Social Impact Assessment - ISO 14044 LCA

Worked on a project titled 'Decarbonization of the Building Sector' to conduct a Systematic Map of the policies, roadmaps and action-plans for implementing low-carbon and net-zero energy buildings across the world.

Was Junior Rapporteur for a second year at the World Water Week 2019.

Junior Rapporteur at World Water Week 2018. Was part of the Social sustainability reporting back panel at the Closing Plenary.

Design, Estimation and costing, R&D, social media handling, project conceptualization. Involved working with WASH for rural areas, issues of indigenous tribes, creating self-sustaining circular economies in villages, renewable energy and creating indigenous product diversity through improved agricultural practices.
