Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Methods Evaluation: Evaluated EOR methods in low permeability reservoirs like SANTANHU, China. Utilized PI, Fuzzy, and OFM methods for well classification based on production trends. Conformance Control in Heterogeneous Reservoirs: Implemented conformance control techniques in heterogeneous reservoirs at SANTANHU, China. Employed numerical modeling and experiments with cross-linked gels for effective plugging. During my role as a Site Engineer on a significant project at CNPC's Santanghu Oilfield, I successfully oversaw the implementation of profile control for multiple well pairs. My responsibilities included thorough facility inspections, maintaining safety compliance, estimating technical and material requirements, and accurately documenting operational costs. I actively participated in safety meetings, contributed to Operations Plans, and played a key role in creating End of Well Reports (EoWR). This experience enhanced my technical skills while emphasizing the crucial balance between safety, efficiency, and project success in the oilfield setting.

Research and an extensive review on the methods and mechanisms of enhanced oil recovery in low permeability reservoirs , especially the design and choice of chemicals for Conformance control, screening of wells for conformance control, laboratory investigation, cEOR numerical simulation and so on. Worked on Reservoir characterization, Dynamic analysis, Forecast and interpretation of production trend for oil fileds in China (Karamay, Tuha, Korala and others) .
