Effective 01 August 2019, Transitioned to L & T Technology Services Limited from Graphene Semiconductor Services Pvt Ltd (Vide acquisition) in the role of Senior Manager - Human Resources. - Currently leading Offshore Background Verification Process for LTTS in the role of Senior Manager- Human Resources (Employee Relations & Compliance) - Prior to the current role, worked as Senior Manager- Human Resources Business Partner and responsibilities includes Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Coaching, HR Reporting & Analysis, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Career Development, Communication, Business & Strategic Partnering

Responsible for directing all the People functions of the company, including Strategic Human Resources Planning, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement , Culture Management and more. Joined as Senior Manager-Human Resources and promoted to Director-Human Resources. Graphene was acquired by L&T Technology Services Limited and i have been provided with the opportunity from Graphene to lead the Integration Process (Acquisition) successfully.

Lead Human Resources for Intelligentia and reported to Founder/Director and managed a team of 5 members, responsibilities handled; • Formulating policies, programs and strategies to manage the Human Resources across the locations. Ensure core HR policies, processes and practices are clearly communicated and consistently applied throughout the business. • Develop business plans as required for specific HR interventions. Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. • Partner with the business through the provision and leadership of strategic, business-focussed HR consulting support including coaching, leadership and team development, and change management. • Ensure internal customer satisfaction with the delivery of the entire HR service proposition • Develop and implement HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, designed to drive long-term performance, including effective organisational design, talent and succession management, transformation, engagement, change management, reward and recognition, and leadership coaching and development. • Manage employee relations, health and safety and Work effectively with HR Professional, Divisional learning /remuneration specialist to implement tailored solutions that will deliver capability growth to the business. • Coach and develop senior business leaders. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures. • Manage risks through HR processes. • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests.

Handled HR functions of all the units of Kivar Group and managed a team of 7 members. Directing the following functions: Recruitment, staffing, organisational and space planning (in line with the company's business needs). Implementation & administration of performance management and improvement systems as well as compensation & benefits. OD initiatives, employee orientation, training & development Human Resources Information System. Management of employment and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Overall employee relationship and welfare management. Company employee and community communication.
