On the ERA team role mostly invovles working on the Aggregation System and Demand Response Information System: • Translate complex regulatory requirements from business stakeholders into technical specifications for the NYISO Aggregation System using an Agile methodology. • Architected a production-ready Email Summary Screen by developing robust RESTful API endpoints in Java Spring Boot to consolidate and serve system-wide notification data. • Implemented Database Schema Design and versioning for PostgreSQL using Flyway migration files, ensuring consistent data structures across development and production environments. • Developed functional, responsive UI components in React and TypeScript, creating a modular frontend for internal users to monitor and manage system alerts. • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, managing task tracking and technical documentation within Jira while participating in design reviews to ensure system reliability.

•Conducting research with a team under Professor Xiao-Yang Liu to create an artificial intelligence assistant specifically for financial-related inquiries for both institutional and individual users. •Author of research paper titled Customized FinGPT Search Agents using Foundation Models describing the motivation, progress and vision, and accepted by ACM ICAIF ‘24 for presentation and published in proceedings. Research Paper: https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/3677052.3698637 •Developed a locally run demo capable of accurately answering financial queries using RAG and LLMs. •Benchmarked individual datasets and experimented with models to provide accurate and up-to-date responses while minimizing hallucination. Performance indicates strong proficiency for financial questions. •On a variety of financial web tasks, the search agent scored 91% - 95% compared to GPT-4o’s 22% - 34%. •Planning to add fine-tuning for institutions with LoRA, adding a dynamic database and local file retrieval.

Software Engineering Intern Startup to help local farms sell produce directly to consumers through an online marketplace •Designed a visually engaging landing page with Figma and implemented it in Svelte, featuring interactive elements like reversible curtains and a dynamic navbar. Planned milestones and collaborated closely with a team. •Contributed to mobile app development for an online marketplace using Flutter, implementing the sign-up page and integrating Firebase backend features, including error feedback and Google Sign-In.
