With over 25 years of experience in human resources, I am the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Paragon Digital Services, a leading digital transformation and innovation company. I lead four functions that support the company's vision, values, and goals: Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Business Partners. My core competencies include HR strategy, talent development, organizational culture, and change management.
