* Recruit, coordinate, and manage substitute teachers between six classes to ensure the continuation of daily operations of the Lab. * Initiated the staffing process of potential substitute applicants by collaborating with teachers and management and creating appropriate recruitment materials. * Overhauled the substitute teaching program by improving many aspects of the intake practices and creating the evaluation procedure of employed substitutes as well as potential candidates. * Oversee accounts payable and receivable duties, travel authorities, and eCheck request specific to the Development Lab. * Execute clerical responsibilities including handling sensitive information, filing, data entry, answering general inquiries from parents, students, and the community about our policies and procedures. * Perform responsibilities as the ‘backbone’ of the Lab in a timely manner with very little to no supervision.

Head the Recruiting efforts of the lab on its current research project.

* Develop a monthly lesson plan that is developmentally age appropriate. * Engage children in proper social learning, artistic expression, and behavioral management. * Assess the children’s social, mental, physical wellbeing and development daily. * Consult parents on topics such as childhood nutrition, health, and child guidance. * Adhere to the state of Georgia’s criteria for child development establishments. Abide by a set daily schedule verified by the development center
