Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) Tool • Perform test stability, development, new tool qualification and sustenance activities to support overall organization goals and objectives. • Sustain and develop test on Automatic Optical Inspection AOI tools performance to ensure acceptable tool to tool correlation with high accuracy on testing through MSA methodology. • Design and optimize recipes for various products based on specifications • Perform new tool qualification, acceptance and releasing. • Investigate and breakthrough the AOI software to increase inspection accuracy. • Work closely with vendor to improve overall AOI software. Automation troubleshooting • Automation troubleshooting by designing and carrying out various tests • Coordinate and work with equipment team and vendor to improve overall machine system. • Design sorting recipe fit to inline sorting machines based on company quality specification • Perform new automation qualification, acceptance and releasing. Project • Identify potential root cause and implement improvement projects to drive for yield, costs and throughputs. • Involved in machine setup and release phase of two new solar cell plants. Including planning on machine move in status, machine release, specification alignment, and make sure all the plans on the right path • Implement and prepare process documents, control plan, FMEA, troubleshooting guidelines and other ISO related documentation.
