Develop and design engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, recognized internally as the go-to eLearning content expert. 3. Contribute to large-scale learning initiatives by creating storyboards and driving eLearning development for projects. 4. Played a key role in project management support for leadership initiatives, including planning, progress tracking, and aligning deliverables with organizational goals. 5. Part of the Hiring Task Force for site expansion, managing partnerships with higher learning institutions for Technician intern recruitment while supporting end-to-end execution of high-volume open interview hiring.

1. Support global training programs coordination and content development portfolio for learning experiences including storyboards, job aids, SOP and assessments. 2. Maintain and update the businesses training materials and document library. 3. Partner with SMEs globally and vendors to integrate training contents into the LMS (Cornerstone). 4. Oversee LMS coordination and administration in creating and maintaining courses, curriculums, events, playlists, and reports. 5. Draft effective communications regarding training updates and opportunities for the department or service line.

1. Assist in scheduling, and implementing each year’s training projects and materials for each department. 2. Build IT Project's assessments and conduct administrative works for training sessions. 3. Keep company-wide knowledge base up to date with the content provided by trainers. 4. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) online platform of company globally (Docebo). 5. Develop e-Learning materials for training and employee development, using course authoring and development tools (Articulate 360, Easygenerator & Canva).

1. Program Coordinator – end-to-end manager of company's onboarding for new joiners. 2. Training Content Planner – planning and organizing the flow of the contents while engaging with internal and external providers. 3. A key person for departments with all matters related to external/public run training programs. 4. Assist L&D in TNA, training calendar preparation, and training assessment tools design. 5. Support the L&D events coordination mainly in administrative and executive roles. 6. Evaluate report preparation upon completion of training events.
