Launched and managed a small home bakery business. I handled order management, coordinated delivery schedules, and built strong relationships with repeat customers, which helped the business achieve monthly revenues exceeding 30,000 KZT. Running the bakery taught me essential skills in time management, financial planning, and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
