Completed a 6-month internship supporting the preparation of a strategic plan to introduce biomass pellets to the Chinese market. Conducted market research on China's renewable energy sector and forecasted biomass fuel potential in reducing carbon emissions. Oversaw contract documentation, laytime (demurrage/dispatch) calculations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Gained hands-on exposure to vessel discharge operations at Shanghai ports, monitoring cargo handling and logistics performance.

Handled contracts and logistics for 12 factories in China and Taiwan. Helped find and negotiate with new suppliers, expanding the supplier list. Checked product quality and supported communication between international teams and local Chinese partners.

Provided oral and written translation between Chinese and Russian for business meetings, negotiations, and contracts. Supported clients during factory visits, helped with placing orders, and ensured accurate translation of technical terms in written agreements. Helped bridge cultural and language gaps in cross-border communication between buyers and suppliers.
