My key responsibilities at RNDV: - IT Systems Improvement and Development: Organizing and coordinating the development and enhancement of existing IT systems to boost organizational value. - IT Product Change Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of IT product changes, including needs assessment, implementation and continuous support. - Business and Quality Alignment: Ensuring IT products meet business requirements, quality standards, and security protocols. - Team Coordination and Task Prioritization: Prioritizing work, planning team tasks, and following up to ensure timely delivery. - Process Optimization and Automation: Initiating and implementing solutions to streamline processes and automate workflows as key strategies to enhance operational efficiency. - Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinating communication between IT teams, other departments, business units, and external suppliers. - Technical Documentation and Process Management: Ensuring the development and continuous updating of technical documentation alongside manuals and process descriptions. - Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Analyzing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective solutions. - Team Development and Efficiency: Building team capabilities while encouraging proactive behavior to improve operational effectiveness.

My key responsibilities at RNDV: - Policy Development and Documentation: Creating IT policies and documentation to support company-wide standards. - Digital Product Implementation: Managing the implementation and development of digital products, focusing on customer satisfaction. - Product Strategy and Prioritization: Defining product strategies, prioritizing features, and aligning it with business objectives. - Technical Tasks and Change Management: Developing technical tasks, communicating requirements, and managing IT system changeovers. - Stakeholders Engagement and Agile Mindset: Engaging stakeholders, adapting flexibly to change, and ensuring the product vision aligns with business needs.

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs - Sourcing and attracting candidates by using various sources, like social media networks, databases and employee referrals - Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates - Supporting candidates through the whole recruitment process - Providing regular information to the candidates and clients about the selection process

- Researching of market keywords - Creating web texts, SEO articles, informational press releases and social media records - Reviewing and correcting meta tags - Detailed SEO audit - Designing layout of visual material (photo, video) The internship was performed while working with the website www.tuza.lt

- Organizing and managing search and selection processes for qualified and unqualified employees, coordinating daily work of recruitment consultants - Supervising and achieving set KPIs, preparing reports, identifying and solving problems

- Implementation and improvement of LEAN methods - Responsibility for temporary employment and selection processes - Refining daily actions by describing best practices - Supervision of using processes in daily activities (Gemba) - Identifying and solving problems - Close cooperation with the IT team, providing tasks for more effective use of the internal business management system - Presentation of completed IT improvements to the company during training - Generating ideas with a future perspective on optimization of daily actions
