Stirling's Jewellers is a family owned jewellery store. I managed a small team who operated a successful retail and jewellery business along with providing sales , we also offered a service and repair department.Reporting to the company directors, my responsibilities were to manage the day to day running of the store. Train the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and support them to achieve monthly sales target. I also managed stock control , purchasing from suppliers, brand promotions, advertising , marketing and all HR related issues. I had the overall responsibility for training the sales team on product knowledge and system procedures. I also managed the stock take , stock transfers , CRM data , valuations , repairs and merchandising standards within the store.
