Hi there! I am a Software Engineer turned Product Manager, with a keen interest in design, development and product management. I have completed my graduate studies in Information Management, specializing in Product Management and User Experience at the Information School, University of Washington, Seattle. I am passionate about developing innovative products that are at the intersection of people, process and technology and help solve problems, making people’s lives easier. As a Product Manager, I like to bridge the gap between various teams for efficient flow of work using Agile, while delivering impactful results for businesses. My expertise lies in product roadmap planning, guiding design and development, and cross-functional collaboration. At Barclays, I worked on designing and developing secure applications that optimized the credit card experience for over 5M customers and created cost-saving solutions for the bank. At RingCentral, Smartsheet, and Virufy, I focused on driving product growth and user engagement by introducing unique features and improving the user experience of existing features.
