“In this role, I partnered with business leadership as an HR Business Partner for social care and digital marketing teams, driving effective stakeholder management, handling critical escalations, and leading the design and implementation of HR policies. I owned the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including induction, performance and talent management, attendance governance, exits, grievance management, employee engagement, rewards & recognition, audits, pulse and Gallup surveys, and HR operations. I also worked extensively on SAP SuccessFactors, managing end-to-end HR transactions, dashboards, and reports.
