In my role as Head of Operations and Business Development, I spearhead the closing of high-impact data partnerships and securing strategic deals to maximize value. I also build and implemented a scalable partnership program, streamlining operations and enhancing cross-functional collaboration across GTM, product and tech teams. Additionally, I develop key metrics and KPIs to steer teams organically.

I head, hire and scale the customer success and support team at Maltego, a SaaS product used for OSINT link analysis. The team focuses on long term relationship building through global support, on-boarding, training, implementation engineering and consulting leading to better retention and successful (& happy) customers.

Cowin Map came from a place of urgency and need. The Indian community was suffering from a shortage of basic human needs - hospital beds, oxygen, food. My co-founder and I realized that while the problem was a shortage, it was also that no one knew where to look for help at such a time. We ideated on The Cowin Map and launched within a day. 3 weeks later, we were 40 volunteers strong, working on adding more cities and resources to an easy to use Google map interface. We help people move away from asking for help to the void, ending the forwarding chain and instead, look at verified and updated resources, making calls and taking immediate action. After the covid wave mellowed, we sunset the initiative. 10 months seem short, but the hours working on this saved 200 lives(known through direct feedback).

Data analytics and market trend research with intraday energy trading

Researching markets,trends and patterns for digital power control and industrial power modules to innovate new strategies for digitalised power control.

Key activities: - successfully monitored and coordinated a group of 70 operators and was able to bring down rejections from 12.2% to 4.6% using 4Q, LEAN and 5S methodologies. - Youngest team member to successfully complete the ABB Leadership Challenge Programme - kicked off and managed industry 4.0 projects which involved high level improvement of shop floor logistic and PLM(Product Lifecycle Management).

CDTM offers the interdisciplinary add-on study program „Technology Management“, which is part of the Elite Network of Bavaria. CDTM focuses on three main topics: Innovation, product development, and entrepreneurship.
