- Manage sourcing of Dairy ingredients, led new supplier and new material project, ensuring smooth implementation of high-quality ingredients for production - Resolved supply chain disruption during COVID-19 pandemics and dairy import regulation issue

Assessed Quality and Food Safety risk in developing new products, including new material, recipe, packaging, machine, and new compliance regulations in Dairy industry. I acquired dairy process knowledges and management for both wet and dry phases.

Managing Quality in downstream area, starting at FG released from factory to the warehouses and supply points. Ensuring good GWP (Good Warehouse Practices) is implemented in supply chains area, also conducting audit with tools emphasizing on how supply points should handle our products to prevent Quality and Food Safety issues from consumers. I've been involved in several projects in quality downstream, such as national warehouse audit, warehouse improvement, and packaging design improvement.

Performing internal audit to assure the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Preparing 3rd party audit & customer audit, ISO documentation & external audit, Assisting Halal ext. audit as well as the requirements, Managing Food Safety; HACCP; and Halal refreshment training.
