Aisha Ilham Isa

I am a Mechatronics Engineering student and the Founder & CEO of ASHBots Innovation LTD and TechLeaders, working at the intersection of engineering, sustainability, and community-driven innovation. My work focuses on building practical solutions for climate and agriculture challenges, with a strong emphasis on accessibility and real-world impact. One of my core projects is GreenFlow, a solar-powered smart irrigation system that uses sensors, IoT, and emerging AI to help smallholder farmers use water more efficiently and adapt to changing climate conditions. Through this work, I combine hands-on engineering with a deep understanding of local needs. I am a winner of the Presidential African Youth in AI & Robotics Competition (AYIAR) 2025, a hackathon winner, and a UNITAR Climate Champion. I am driven by the belief that technology should serve people, especially communities often left out of innovation, and I am committed to building sustainable systems that empower Africa’s next generation.
