As a project manager I coordinate and communicate with clients regarding aluminium-glass constructions for land, offshore platforms and ships. I also launch projects into production, order materials, and ensure steady growth of the profitability and turnover. With a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Kauno technikos kolegija, I have a strong background in designing and managing civil engineering projects. I have worked as a project engineer at ALUFLAM UAB and UAB Sava ranga, where I was responsible for new developments and participated in worldwide projects. I have developed skills in problem solving, customer relationship management, and communication. I am an energetic and ambitious person with a responsible approach to any task or situation that is entrusted to me. I collaborate with others and achieve goals in a timely and impeccable manner. I am motivated by challenges and opportunities to learn and grow in my field.
