• Managed four warehouses totaling 70,000 m³ storage capacity. • Led new warehouse setup including planning, capacity design, pickup processes, safety and network infrastructure, training materials, and team hiring. • Ensured full compliance with local government inspections, annual audits, fire protection regulations, and occupational health & safety requirements.

• Managed a warehouse with 25,000 m³ capacity. • Developed standardized warehouse operating procedures covering unloading, sorting, counting, shelving, order processing, inventory management, and replenishment. • Developed optimal transportation solutions, particularly for oversized and heavyweight products, by negotiating cooperation models, service standards, and system integration with local transportation providers.

• Established the return process for e-commerce products in overseas warehouses, including in-warehouse value-added services, repackaging for resale. • Assisted clients in arranging local compliant disposal services to meet regional waste recycling requirements.
