About
A preclinical immunologist with extensive experience in human oncoimmunology and translational immunology. A projects leader/manager leading a pharmaceutical R&D group working on immuno-oncology pre-clinical drug projects and initiatives. Pharmaceutical specialities: 1. Leading multiple projects from drug and antibody discovery to pre-clinical development. 2. Translational immunology and cell biology, i.e., human and murine T cells, macrophages, DC, NK cells, and the related diseases inclusive of autoimmune disease (colitis, arthritis, asthma, diabetes, etc), sepsis, cancer, and murine models. 3. Oncoimmunology: regulation of immune responses by antibodies (against immune checkpoints) and other bioactive compounds to kill tumor cells. The targets include immune checkpoints, tumor markers, and diverse kinases. 4. Immunopharmacology, biomarkers, and clinical trials. 5. With clinical research experience, performance, analysis and interpretation of clinical samples, data, as well as disease activity, diagnosis, prognosis, and patients information collection and summarization.
