• Worked as an Engineering Associate in the Central Engineering Department, handled duties of the Utilities at Nestlé SKP Factory. • Digitalisation Lead of the factory, worked on DMO (Digital Manufacturing Operations) modules in Industrial Services to improve the current ways of working. • Led ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Reduce, Simplify) Activity to make Nestlè SKP Factory digital and paperless. • Worked in coordination with Inter Departmental Personnel to monitor energy losses and devise system to ensure 100% adherence to RE100 road map i.e., Global Project of Nestlé to minimize the Carbon footprint by 20% by 2025. • Developed a governing model to track and share energy saving projects progress and energy related KPIs in Industrial Services department. • Data based improvement of Industrial Services distribution network for better traceability. • Supported operations of industrial services to ensure high efficiency, quality, and compliance. • Assisted in the budgeting and cost monitoring of industrial services. • Managed quality, environmental, internal, and external compliance requirements for industrial services through management and monitoring of processes and routines. • Ensured process and personnel safety regarding industrial services plant and equipment; from design and installation through to routine and periodic safety inspections and audits. • Personnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors, or other 3rd parties).
