Repacking Sheet (CBU Parts Handling): - Developed a comprehensive material handling procedure for Complete Built-Up (CBU) parts. - Streamlined the process for supplying CBU parts to the assembly frame production, ensuring efficient flow and minimal handling errors. 3. Empty Trolley Management: - Designed the layout and flow for empty trolleys entering and exiting the workspace. - Created SOPs to standardize the management of empty trolleys within the production area.

Technical Drawing: - Create detailed technical drawings using Solidworks to illustrate product specifications, dimensions, and manufacturing instructions. New Product Design: - Lead the design process for new products, considering functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability. BOM Creation and Verification: - Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) for new and existing products, detailing components, materials, and quantities required for production. - Verify BOM accuracy to ensure alignment with design specifications and manufacturing capabilities. Product Sample: - Oversee the creation of product samples, coordinating with production teams to ensure prototypes meet design and quality standards. - Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of product samples, providing feedback for refinement. Tooling Documentation: - Develop comprehensive tooling documentation, including specifications for molds, dies, and other manufacturing tools. Technical Issue Resolution: - Investigate and resolve technical issues arising during the production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of design and production processes. - Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to address technical inquiries and optimize collaboration.
