Core Responsibilities • Lead and manage training programs across Quality Engineering, Component Test, and Global Lab, supporting ~500 employees across Micron Batu Kawan & Perai sites. • Conduct training needs assessments and design engaging curriculum, OJT resources, and certification pathways to ensure technical excellence and compliance. • Facilitate learning through classroom, virtual, and e-learning methods while providing continuous support to learners for skill development and career growth. • Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to align training with business priorities, audit requirements and standards. Key Achievements • Cost Savings: Delivered RM55K savings by serving as an internal SME for Power BI and Excel, reducing dependency on external trainers. • Process Improvement: Developed a new business process for visual inspection tasks on the production floor, enabling compliance with IATF requirements and elevating quality practices. • Digital Transformation: Acted as the system & automation developer for Workforce Development processes, designing automated dashboards and workflows using Power BI & Power Automate. These solutions streamlined processes and reporting tasks, achieving 20 man-hour savings per week for the technical team. • Capability Building: Acted as trainer for the MMP AI Upskilling Program (Power BI Beginner–Intermediate), Microsoft Office for non-professionals, and provided ongoing Power BI coaching for Micron Penang employees. • Education Assistance: Coordinated the MMP Education Assistance Program (EAP), supporting 185 employees in pursuing further studies across diploma, degree, master’s, and PhD levels through study sponsorship. • Veteran Army MyWira Program: Spearheaded the inaugural 180-day training program for veteran armed forces personnel, achieving ~RM175K in cost savings through government grants while successfully utilizing RM331K worth of training programs to accelerate workforce readiness.

• Worked closely with cross-functional teams in the FOUP (Front Opening Unified Pods) component yield improvement project, contributing up to 37K USD savings. • Directed clear communication across multiple departments to get a firm decision and agreement for any issue raised on the Door Part (FOUP components). • Participated in Gemba Audit activities, including ensuring the molding practices were aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standard and practiced 6S for all WRH300MM machines. QCAPAs were updated accordingly for the actions performed as a record in the ETQ Reliance system. • Developed the first Power BI dashboard of “Common Escapee Defects” to address the defect type on the critical FOUP component, improving the operators’ awareness during visual inspection. • Collaborated with Trainer Team in Quality Refresher program by providing the "Common Escapee Defects" or "Top Common Defects" documents as the training materials, as well as developed a Power BI tracking dashboard. • Executed the Power BI real-time quality escalation dashboard to automate the molding defect escapee detection data and response actions from engineers and technicians to resolve the escalation. Achieved up to 80% no escapee at second-level detection. • Coordinated 8D report of the internal Quality Notification (QN) and CAPA implementation, resulting in more than 20 QNs closures with the collaboration of engineers across multiple departments. • Established and implemented the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for molding operations, through over 10 work instructions, contributing to procedure efficiency and quality control. • Executed Validation and Qualification (V&Q) for a new tool and part modification. • Led and worked with vendors in automation for short mold vision inspection system. • Acquired diverse knowledge through training including RJG Systematic Injection Molding, ISO 9001:2015, TPM, TQM, VSM, TRIZ, and Six-Sigma DMAIC tool for continuous improvement.

• Hands-on experience in metal casting processes from raw material preparation to the end cast product. • Responsible for ensuring final products comply with the standards and customers’ requirements during quality inspection before shipping out the product. • Inspected and tested the molding equipment to improve the production’s efficiency. • Responsible for sand core manufacturing from small size to large size patterns prior to the casting process, managed to keep the production line in green status and meet the daily target output. • Engaged with a client or manager from another company through field dispatch tasks. • Have been given the opportunities to involve in the following departments: 1. Melting department 2. Shot blasting, grinding and store department 3. Production dispatch department 4. Field dispatch department 5.
