Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry as an analytical chemist with 15 years of experience in research and development, I have supported both drug substance and drug product. I have worked my entire career in a GMP environment and my responsibilities have included batch release, running stability studies and determining shelf life, authoring regulatory submissions, technical transfer activities, and method development and validation. My experiences in industry have included the use of HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, NMR, LumiSizer, FT-IR, microscopy, LC-MS, and GC-MS.
