This Master of Commerce specialisation offers practical and theoretical grounding in the policies and processes associated with managing people in paid employment, whether in the private or public sector. Additionally, the Human Resource Management specialisation focuses on areas such as staff planning, recruitment, selection and development, gender equity, employee motivation and performance management, remuneration management, superannuation, employment law, organisational change, workplace negotiation, occupational health and safety, and international and cross-cultural human resource management.
