Financial Planning is all about helping this category of society, which contribute remarkably to market growth in many developed and developing countries, achieve their goals –mostly financial. These goals include achieving immediate requirement like owning desired car, marriage and owning desired house. Generation of income is the starting point of planning. Plan focuses on maximization of wealth before retirement – the time; when individual start spending without earning, and make sure that accumulated wealth will last longer than retiree’s life. Planning has a lot to do with managing financial risk. By managing risk, I mean minimizing it, not eliminating. Furthermore, it has to do with individual’s tolerance for financial risk and control of emotions.
