I lead and manage IT projects by establishing their project plan, controlling their progress and resolving possible conflicts. I make corrective and preventive decisions, in order to ensure that projects are developed within the scope, costs and quality within the planned deadlines.

I worked with balance sheet reader projects. Using artificial intelligence to transform images (numbers and letters) into data. Through APIs we inject these results in the client software and we also make a UI for users to interact with. We are creating a machine learning model to determine if the company whether it falls into default or not, given that we have the history of the companies' balance sheets. My role is to design, define, plan and manage the project. Coordinating tasks and objectives to fulfill the plan in a timely manner.

Reylat is an old-school family business, not very fond of technology. Since my incorporation in 2023, I have focused on streamlining the company's technological and logistical processes. Technologically, we implement a real-time stock control system with API integration with our main supplier, Ternium, to always maintain our required stock position and thus make our industrial processes more efficient. Working together with Clover Analytica for product development.

I developed working as a link between the logistics support areas (WEB purchases, order tracking, order modifications) and user experience. Performed analysis and bug reports, trying to automate processes thus avoiding many use cases ending being done manually by the BackOffice area.

Intermediary of the operation between the new outsourced Logistics Operator and Farmacity. Decisions regarding delivery time and shipping cost. Setting the capacity of the distribution center. Monitoring, control and proposal of action plans according to KPI's of the sector. Generation of area reports.

Reporting of indicators in the picking and packing of the warehouse.

Negotiation and purchase of spare parts and storage of steel materials for all the plants of the South of Argentina of the Techint Group. Order tracking; supplier audits and engineering in new proposals. Organization of the REX (maintenance shutdowns at the Tenaris – Campana plant).

Evaluation and management of technological risks, systems audit, computer security, and survey, evaluation, and improvement of business processes. Testing of client systems, giving approval or not according to irregularities. Some companies I worked for: Techint group companies (Tenaris, Ternium, Exiros, and Tecpetrol), Smurfit Kappa de Argentina S.A., ThyssenKrupp Elevadores S.A. and Pampa Energía S.A. in SOX certification.
