- Procure interior finishing and furnishing products for hotels and restaurants owned by the company. Products include tiles, wallpapers, vanities, all case goods and furniture, custom lighting and plumbing fixtures, mirrors and wall arts etc.. - Source new products and vendors to improve cost efficiency and quality performance. - Collaborate with interior design team to develop and maintain product consistency across various properties.

Fit and approve pre-production samples. Build and complete tech packs to be production ready. Ensure on time delivery of production garments that fit to spec and meet company-wide quality standards Create and maintain seasonal development & production calendars Negotiate costing and minimum order quantities with vendors Acquire desired price points & gross margins set out by the sales management team Develop & maintain factory relationships & determine seasonal factory/product allocations Oversee sourcing – purchase required fabrics and manage raw goods through the production process Build and develop sales representative’s samples for pre-season selling Negotiate with vendors on production/QC related issues and shipping/receiving discrepancies Report all ongoing or re-occurring issues with vendors to management Approve PO’s for fabric and manufacturing prior to submission for all vendors Track fabric headers, costs, and availability while maintaining fabric library for reference Build, update, and maintain costing worksheets for each delivery Oversee garment SKU building, assignment of UPC’s, and sales tracking formulas Approve all Factory Invoices Seasonal Procurement, maintain world-wide sourcing references and market opportunity information Work closely with the Sales Manager on Major Account SMU items, pricing, and profit margin targets
