Chairman's Circle winner 2016, 2013 and 2012. Completed 2012 #1 top ranked IBU representative of 205 in division and won Chairman's Circle. Promoted in March of 2012 to Executive Biopharmaceutical Representative after successful completion of National sales training project; an interactive physician objection handler for the IBU sales force using Performance 4 Objection handling Model. The final deliverable was an internal Amgen iphone/droid X video application demonstrating how to answer the top 5 objections from both rheumatologists and dermatologists. Created, launched and conducted training with the field to implement final videos. The project entailed massive exposure to Amgen's internal legal process, marketing, sales training and sales operations.
