As an Artist Development Specialist at YUE HUA Entertainment, I use my BA in Media Studies and my skills in dance education and performance to help emerging and established artists reach their full potential. I have over 2 years of experience in the creative and entertainment industry, working with various agencies, studios, and platforms. I previously worked as a Creative Specialist at KPOPLIVE Entertainment, where I created and curated engaging content for online audiences, and as a Project Manager at 1MILLION Dance Studio, where I managed and coordinated dance projects and events. My core competencies include performance management, performance improvement, communication, and creativity. I am passionate about developing and supporting artists who can inspire and connect with people through their art. I strive to uphold the values and goals of YUE HUA Entertainment, which are to promote cultural diversity, artistic excellence, and social responsibility.
