I am a dynamic senior business executive that thrives on change and transformation opportunities with an ability to build strong teams, develop a coherent strategy and quickly deliver improved business performance. I have found my passion with AI, data and analytics with innovation happening at breakneck speed. I have led turnarounds of technology functions and businesses within multiple industries but now love focusing all of my energy on using AI, ML and data to help individuals, companies and communities perform better. More often than not, two parts of the equation make the magic happen. Great people and insights underpinned by data to make better decisions. I've been fortunate to work with amazing companies, brands, people and leaders. I've sat on both sides of the table, client side, sales side and somewhere in the middle. This privileged position has allowed me to be appreciative of the challenges and opportunities of the dynamics of organisations. Most importantly, I know how to get stuff done, whether it is as a senior executive for a global financial services business with a managed portfolio of 120 companies in 30 countries helping build a shared services business generating reduced CODB and improved asset performance. Or helping a boutique data & analytics firm reinvent itself in a highly competitive market. Finally, I am back at school tackling a Masters in Data Science and Innovation (MDSI) at the University of Technology Sydney and loving it although my poor grey matter is on double time!
